Glastar Super Star II Grinder

This is the perfect grinder for the artist or hobbyist. The Super Star II is equipped with a powerful motor that eliminates the frustration of working with glass by refusing to slow down when grinding. The strength of the motor, combined with a permanently bonded grinding head, team up to help glass artists create their work accurately and efficiently.

This was the model of our first grinder and it has been a real work horse over the past seven years - both for ourselves and all our students.

The Glastar Super Star II features include:

• a powerful 1/12 HP, 3450 RPM motor;
• 19 Inch-ounces breakdown torque;
• permanently "bonded" diamond grinding surface on the 3/4" main grinding head and the 1/4" grinding/drilling head;
• a roller-type adjustable straight edge guide;
• convenient coolant drain;
•  flexible rubber splash guard; and
• an exclusive built-in accessory drawer.
