Discount Policy

In general terms, our pricing reflects our ethos that Australians ought be able to buy products for warm glass work in Australia from an Australian business for a fair price taking into account reasonable costs of freight and local taxes.  We regularly compare our prices with overseas outlets and we believe we provide a good value alternative.

We do not believe in creating artificial discount structures - generally, we do not further discount these prices – i.e. offer a separate “wholesale” price schedule.

Where we do offer discounted prices, they are solely based on the purchase of large quantities of a product.   We don’t care whether you have an ABN or not, or have a shop or just like buying in bulk.  If you want to buy one or a few of something, the price is what is shown on the website.  If you want to buy large quantities of a particular product then we can often provide a better price.
